Is light a creation of God and not like God Almighty, and do Muslims not worship any creature, and therefore a Muslim does not worship light?

The visible lights and illuminations are created, and worship is for Allah alone. Allah the Almighty has described Himself as Light, and this is an essential attribute befitting Him. This does not mean that Allah resembles His creation, for His Light does not resemble the light of created beings. Allah has named Himself with names and named His attributes with names, and these names are exclusive to Him. He has also named some of His creations with names that correspond to those names, but the agreement in names does not necessitate similarity in the named entities. Each has what is exclusive to it, and it is necessary to affirm what Allah has affirmed for Himself and to deny His resemblance to His creation.
