Should I pray Witr after combining the Maghrib and Isha prayers in the mosque, or should I wait for the Isha adhan?

Scholars differed concerning the ruling on performing the Witr prayer immediately after the Isha prayer when it is combined with Maghrib as an early combination (jama taqdim), due to their differing opinions on determining the start time of Witr. For those who stipulated the disappearance of the twilight (shafaq) as the time for Witr, it is not permissible to offer it earlier. However, for those who held that its time begins after finishing the Isha prayer, whether it was offered earlier or at its prescribed time, they permitted offering Witr earlier.
