Is it permissible for a woman to be angry outside her husband's home, at her family's home?

The Shari'ah has made it obligatory for the wife to remain in her husband's home, and it is not permissible for her to leave except with his permission, or out of necessity, or if the husband is oppressing her and she needs to seek help from someone to repel the injustice. As for ordinary disagreements, they do not permit her to leave except with her husband's permission.
