Is it permissible to marry a colleague after divorcing an addicted husband who blasphemes God and religion and resorts to violence, given the parents' rejection of the divorce, or is patience and obedience to the mother obligatory?

If a person utters words that contain insult or abuse towards something revered in Islamic law, such as abusing Allah, angels, or messengers, then he is considered a disbeliever by consensus, and the rulings of an apostate apply to him. In such a case, he is separated from his wife due to the severance of the bond between them, and it is not permissible for the wife to remain with him. Obedience to the mother is not obligatory in this situation because there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to Allah Almighty. As for the colleague's promise to marry her after separation from the aforementioned husband, this is not permissible because it involves an explicitly forbidden declaration. However, if the husband insists on his disbelief and they are separated, and the wife's waiting period ('iddah) expires, then there is no harm for the aforementioned man to marry her.
