Is it permissible to pray in congregation in a shop near the mosque, when there is another congregation in the mosque five minutes away?

Congregational prayer is obligatory for anyone who hears the call to prayer, and it is not permissible to stay away from it except for an excuse, according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever hears the call to prayer and does not respond to it, there is no prayer for him, except for one who has an excuse."
