Is it permissible to marry a Shiite woman who combines prayers and insists on doing so, knowing that she believes in the oneness of God and does not revile the Companions?

The five daily prayers have specific times prescribed by Islamic law. It is not permissible to combine Dhuhr and Asr, or Maghrib and Isha, except for a valid excuse such as travel, illness, or rain. Combining them without a valid excuse is forbidden, and the person doing so is considered to have abandoned the prayer or delayed it without a valid excuse, both of which are major sins. If the wife habitually engages in this act, her Asr and Isha prayers are not valid. She must be guided and instructed. If she insists on truly combining them (outside of a valid excuse), then it is obligatory to separate from her because she is abandoning these two prayers.
