There is no harm in saying: "When we got rid of the tyrant, the rain fell," because the spread of injustice and sins is a cause for rain to be withheld, as happened to the people of Pharaoh, and as mentioned in the Hadith. It is not improbable that the persistence of tyrants is a reason for rain to be withheld, and when their rule ceased, rain fell by Allah's permission.
