Is it permissible to link the torrential rains that fell on some Arab countries after the fall of their ruling regimes to the removal of oppressive rulers, bearing in mind that Allah Almighty is the Giver and Taker?

There is no harm in saying: "When we got rid of the tyrant, the rain fell," because the spread of injustice and sins is a cause for rain to be withheld, as happened to the people of Pharaoh, and as mentioned in the Hadith. It is not improbable that the persistence of tyrants is a reason for rain to be withheld, and when their rule ceased, rain fell by Allah's permission.
