What is the ruling on delaying or postponing prayer due to the nature of work and uncertainty about the purity of the restrooms?

There is no sin in delaying the prayer if it is not taken out of its time. However, intentionally taking it out of its time is one of the major sins and is not permissible except for an excuse that allows for combining two prayers. What was mentioned about the uncleanliness of restrooms is not an excuse to take the prayer out of its time or to abandon ablution. The duty is to perform ablution when the time for prayer arrives, and the default is purity.
