One who is afflicted with urinary incontinence or similar conditions should perform a fresh ablution for each prayer when its time begins. The person with incontinence is treated like a woman with irregular bleeding (mustahadah). If he knows that the urination will cease for a sufficient time to perform purification and prayer, he must delay the prayer until that time. If it does not stop, he should perform ablution after the time for prayer begins, take precautions, and pray, and what exits from him will not harm him. It is not necessary to remain in the restroom for a long time; rather, one should relieve oneself, then perform ablution and pray, and what comes out afterwards will not harm him.
