Is it permissible for a charitable organization to use funds from a usurious bank to build a headquarters for its educational project?

One who deals in usury is not permitted to benefit from their usurious wealth. Rather, they must dispose of it by spending it on charitable causes. Whoever possesses usurious gains and wishes to divest themselves of them should spend them on various acts of righteousness. Charitable organizations can accept these funds and utilize them for constructing their headquarters, a school, or distributing them to the poor and needy. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen stated that there is no harm upon one who accepts money earned from usury to spend it on necessities, or to give it as charity to the poor, or to build a school with it; because the sin is upon the one who earned it.
