The answer

The usurious interest, which the account holder does not own because it is ill-gotten wealth, must be spent on charitable causes and for the benefit of Muslims if it is impossible to return it to its owners, as is the case with usurious banks.

It is not permissible to deposit money in a usurious bank except in cases of extreme necessity, such as fear of theft. The deposit should be in a current account that does not accrue interest. If only an interest-bearing account is available, then these interests should be spent on charitable causes.
