Does a full sister inherit from her brother who died at forty days old, or do his maternal half-siblings and mother inherit from him? And do the witnesses sin if they testify that the deceased has no heirs other than his maternal half-siblings?

If a person dies leaving a mother, uterine siblings, and a paternal sister, the inheritance is divided as follows: - The mother: One-sixth, based on the Almighty's saying: (And for his parents, each of them gets a sixth of what he leaves if he has a child) An-Nisa/11. - The uterine siblings: One-third, divided equally among them, based on the Almighty's saying: (And if a man or woman is inherited without parents or children, and he has a brother or a sister [on the mother's side], then for each one of them is a sixth; but if they are more than that, they are partners in a third) An-Nisa/12. - The paternal sister: One-half, based on the Almighty's saying: (If a man dies, having no child, and he has a sister, she will have half of what he leaves) An-Nisa/17.

Rights must be rendered to their rightful owners. Whoever seeks to usurp the right of any heir or assists someone in doing so is sinful, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: (Indeed, your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred to you). False testimony is one of the gravest major sins. Allah Almighty has promised a humiliating punishment for those who violate His division of inheritances.
