What is the ruling on a man touching women on the palm of the hand only in Ramadan and semen being discharged?

Touching non-mahram (definition) women is forbidden, whether in Ramadan (definition) or at other times. In Ramadan, its prohibition is more severe and its sin is greater. If a man ejaculates due to looking, touching, or masturbating, his fast is invalidated, and he must make up for it and repent. However, the emission of semen without desire due to illness, a wet dream, or mere thought does not invalidate the fast.
