What is the ruling regarding someone who touches a girl's hand, or hugs her, or kisses her during the daytime in Ramadan?

It is forbidden for a man to touch the hand of a woman who is not his محرم, and embracing and kissing are even more strictly forbidden. He must prevent a woman if she attempts to do so. This ruling applies to both fasting and non-fasting individuals. For a fasting person, it is even more imperative to avoid anything that could invalidate the fast or diminish its reward. If semen is discharged due to these actions, his fast is invalidated and he must make it up. If no semen is discharged, his fast is valid, but committing sins diminishes the reward of fasting and may even negate it entirely.
