Is designing a website to sell a course teaching the method of "microblading" for drawing eyebrows, which is temporary and not a tattoo, forbidden, knowing that my role is only to design the website and upload the course? And does the ruling differ if refraining from designing would lead to the website being designed by a foreign person who might include immodest pictures?

If the method of drawing eyebrows does not involve tattooing or the forbidden plucking (namṣ), and it is a temporary drawing, then it is permissible to design a website to teach it. However, if it involves tattooing or the forbidden plucking (namṣ), then it is not permissible to design [a website] to assist in what is forbidden.
