Is saying "Astaghfirullah (I seek forgiveness from God)" or "Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God)" considered created if the speaker does not intend to recite the Holy Quran, even though these phrases are mentioned in the Quran?

All of a person’s speech, voice, and actions are created, as Allah Almighty says: “And Allah created you and what you do.” This includes what might be a Quranic passage in their expression. Al-Bukhari and others have stated that the movements, voices, writings, and earnings of servants are created. However, the Qur’an is the speech of Allah and is not created. The ink, paper, and vessels are created, and your handwriting is from your action, and it is a creation.
