What is the ruling on the salary received by someone who was forced to attend work after resigning, given that a replacement is available and they remain without tasks?

It is permissible to benefit from the salary if the one who is obligated to be present is authorized to do so, because entitlement to wages is by empowerment, and the worker is entitled to wages by surrendering himself to the employer, whether work is found or not, based on the statement of Al-Zayla'i: "A specific worker is entitled to wages by surrendering himself during the period, even if he does not work." If the lack of fitness means inability to work, then the salary in this case is a gift from the authorized entity, and it is permissible to take it if the official is authorized to grant it without work.
