How can I help my wife be a comfort to my eyes, with evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah regarding the effect of a husband’s conduct on his wife’s righteousness?

A man has a significant influence on his wife. He is the head of the family and its leader, so he must be a good role model. Allah the Almighty said: {Men are in charge of women}, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A man is upon the religion of his friend, so let one of you look at whom he befriends," and he also said: "Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock." A woman is influenced by her husband, and it has been said: "Women are upon the religion of their husbands."
