What are the evidences from the Quran and Sunnah regarding the good treatment of the son's or daughter's wife towards the husband's family (mother, father, and sister)?

There is no specific evidence that urges a woman to be kind to her husband's family, but Islam has commanded kindness to people in general, and even to animals. The relationship of affinity increases this right, and the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, commanded kindness to in-laws.
