How does a Muslim treat his family with kindness, and is it necessary to come to his wife whenever she desires, or does the matter depend on his circumstances? Is foreplay with one's wife part of the Sunnah? What advice is given to a husband who neglects his family, only approaching his wife when he needs to fulfill his desires or after a certain period? Is fulfilling the husband's needs more important, or is ensuring his wife's chastity?

Marriage in Islam aims to protect the chastity of both spouses, and the husband must treat his wife with kindness, including intercourse, and adorn himself for her. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was an excellent example in his kind treatment and gentleness towards his wives. The husband must balance the rights of his wife with acts of worship or work, as it is not permissible for him to neglect her rights. Similarly, the wife must show affection to her husband and adorn herself for him to achieve intimacy and love.
