It is permissible to delay the Dhuhr prayer as long as it is performed within its prescribed time. If there is a fear of missing the Asr prayer due to transportation, it is permissible to combine it with Dhuhr according to some scholars, due to necessity. Otherwise, it should be prayed at home before the sun turns yellow. If it is strongly believed that the prayer will be missed on the road and stopping is not possible, then it should be prayed according to one's ability, even on a bus seat. One should also seek transportation that allows for prayer within its time. Vaginal discharge is pure but invalidates ablution. However, if it is a continuous discharge, it does not invalidate ablution according to the Malikis, but it is more cautious to perform ablution after the prayer time has begun.
