What is the ruling on women gathering to recite "Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Rahim" 101,000 times with the intention of facilitating a matter or fulfilling a need?

Reciting the Basmalah to seek assistance in fulfilling needs is permissible. However, it is not permissible to restrict its recitation to a specific number for which there is no evidence in the Sharia, nor is it permissible to gather for its recitation, because this is an innovation (bid'ah). Acts of worship are based on divine injunctions, and any act for which there is no legal text is considered an innovation, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever introduces into this matter of ours that which is not from it will have it rejected." Gathering to recite the Basmalah a specific number of times falls under innovation. The act itself is permissible in principle, but the specific number and manner are not legislated.
