What is the ruling on reciting Surat Al-Baqarah daily with the intention of healing or pregnancy?

There is no specific text regarding Surat al-Baqarah indicating that it is a cause for healing or pregnancy. However, reciting al-Baqarah and other parts of the Quran is legislated for Ruqyah (exorcism/spiritual healing), seeking healing, and asking Allah for needs. The Quran is a healing and mercy for the believers.
