Does Surat Al-Baqarah have an effect on marriage, happiness, and childbirth?

There is no specific evidence regarding the virtue of Surat Al-Baqarah for marriage. However, its general virtue is mentioned in the hadith: "Recite Surat Al-Baqarah, for taking it is a blessing, abandoning it is regret, and the sorcerers cannot overcome it." "Taking it" means persistently reciting it and acting upon it. Reciting the Qur'an and asking Allah through it is permissible, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Recite the Qur'an and ask Allah through it." This means ask Allah for whatever you wish from the affairs of this world and the Hereafter, by means of the Qur'an.
