Is it permissible to remind young people of a Quranic verse in chat rooms that contain foul language, and does it correct their language and prevent them from uttering evil speech?

There is no doubt about the obligation to venerate the sacred things of Allah, and this includes venerating the Holy Quran. Nevertheless, texts indicate the permissibility of sending verses and divine names to non-Muslims, such as the letter of Sulaiman (peace be upon him) to Saba', and the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) writing to the Roman emperor with a Quranic verse. If this is permissible for disbelievers, it is even more permissible for Muslims. Therefore, there is no harm in writing the verse: "He does not utter any word except that with him is an observer, ready [to record]" in the aforementioned location for remembrance and admonition.
