By nature, humans tend to socialize and be influenced by others. Therefore, one must be careful in choosing companions. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded companionship only with believers and prohibited companionship with the impious, saying: "A person is on the religion of his intimate friend, so let each of you look at whom he befriends," and "Do not associate except with a believer, and let none eat your food except a pious one."

Thus, one should not associate with female friends who might have a negative influence, except for the purpose of giving advice, provided that one is not influenced or drawn into sins.

As for a companion who "disobeys," if she is committing sins, then you should take her hand towards goodness and righteousness if you are certain that associating with her will not negatively affect you. The most effective means of inviting her is through behavioral invitation.

If "her disobedience" refers to wearing the abaya mentioned, and if it fulfills the conditions of proper covering and avoiding temptation according to Islamic law, then she is not considered disobedient, although it is recommended to invite her to perfection.
