What is the meaning of the saying of Allah the Almighty: "And let those [executors and guardians] fear [injustice] as if they [themselves] would leave behind weak offspring and fear for them. So let them fear Allah"?

The meaning of the verse revolves around two matters: The first is that people should fear for their young, weak children after their death, so they must be mindful of Allah in dealing with orphans by preserving their money and good upbringing. The second concerns those who are near death; they must be just in their wills. Likewise, the guardians of the foolish, the insane, and the young must deal with them in their religious and worldly interests in the way they would like their own offspring to be treated after them, with piety in their guardianship over others.
