What is the ruling on establishing a mixed-gender liberal mosque where men and women pray side by side, and a woman or a homosexual leads the prayer, and women are unveiled, and its founders claim it is a renewal of religious discourse and an abandonment of male preference and the oppression of sexual minorities?

This behavior is clear misguidance and a manipulation of religion, deserving to be called a demolition of religious discourse, not a renewal of it. It is a consequence of the emergence and ascendancy of hypocrisy, as warned by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "If you knew what I know, you would laugh little and weep much. Hypocrisy will appear, trustworthiness will be lifted, mercy will be taken away, the trustworthy will be accused, and the untrustworthy will be trusted. The black horses will kneel before you." And also his saying: "There will come upon the people years of deception, in which the liar is believed, and the truthful one is disbelieved; the treacherous one is trusted, and the trustworthy one is considered treacherous; and the Ruwaibidah will speak." Abu Hurairah also pointed out that among the signs of the Hour are the prevalence of stinginess and obscenity, the treacherous one being trusted and the trustworthy one betrayed, and the common people overcoming the nobles. This behavior is not alien to Western liberal thought.
