What is the religious ruling regarding a husband who fails to fulfill his duties towards his wife and children concerning financial support, care, and attention, and secretly travels to countries known for corruption, and spends his time outside the home, while his family does not advise him but rather his mother encourages his behavior, in addition to his mother assaulting his wife?

The husband's refusal to fulfill the rights of his wife and children, his rejection of vaccinating and circumcising the children, his lack of concern for their treatment, and his ill-treatment of his wife, along with his mother encouraging him and assaulting the wife—these are major errors that necessitate his repentance. Although his actions permit the wife to seek a divorce, her patience and seeking reward from Allah are better for her, and we advise her to pray for his righteousness. As for adding children to the salary and allowances, this depends on the laws of the state.
