What is the ruling on distributing the inheritance of a woman who died and left behind three full sisters and one half-sister through her father?

If the deceased's heirs are limited to two full sisters and one paternal half-sister, and there are no 'asabah (agnatic heirs) with them, the inheritance is divided as follows:

The two full sisters receive two-thirds as their prescribed share (fard). The paternal half-sister receives nothing, as the full sisters have exhausted the prescribed share for sisters (two-thirds). The remaining one-third is returned to the two full sisters (radd), so they receive the entire inheritance through both the prescribed share and the return. It is commendable for the two full sisters to give the paternal half-sister something from the inheritance, in accordance with the noble verse: ﴿And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the time of division, then provide for them [something] out of it﴾.

The matter of inheritances must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
