What about a deceased woman who left behind four daughters, a full sister, and a maternal half-brother?

The four daughters receive two-thirds, based on Allah's saying: "But if there are women above two, then for them is two thirds of what he left." The remainder goes to the full sister by ta'sib (residuary heirship), as it is established that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the remainder to the sister after the daughters' share. The paternal half-brother receives nothing because he is blocked by the daughters, a complete exclusion.

The inheritance is divided into six shares: The four daughters receive two-thirds (4 shares), with each daughter receiving one share, and the remaining two shares go to the full sister.

Matters of inheritance are serious and complex. It is not sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa; rather, the matter must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be another heir, bequests, or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
