What is the ruling regarding a wife who conceals from her husband her going to places without his knowledge, does not inform him of that, and does not keep the secrets of her home?

A woman is not permitted to leave her husband's home except with his permission or for a legitimate Sharia-approved reason; otherwise, she is disobedient (nashiz). Likewise, a wife is not permitted to disclose the secrets of her home, especially the secrets of marital intimacy. She should be advised in a kind manner.
