The verse, "Allah has not made for any man two hearts inside his body," does not provide evidence for what you mentioned. As for a man's heart becoming attached to a woman, if it is to his wife or to someone he intends to marry, and it is in moderation, not leading to something forbidden or preventing an obligation, then there is no blame in it. However, if it leads to neglecting an obligation or committing a forbidden act, then it is prohibited and can be overcome.
