Does God accept the repentance of one who attempted to subjugate jinn and committed grave sins such as urinating on the Quran, then regretted, repented, and turned to God, knowing that he fears God will not forgive him due to the Almighty's saying: "Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives anything less than that"? And is there expiation for this sin?

Allah commanded His servants to repent and promised to accept it, whether it be from polytheism (shirk) or other sins, as mentioned in the verses: "And turn to Allah all of you, O believers, that you may succeed," and "Do they not know that Allah is He who accepts repentance from His servants," and "And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons sins," and "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'"

There is no specific expiation, but the sinner must be sincere in his repentance, remorseful for what he has done, certain of Allah's promise to accept repentance, distant from despair and hopelessness, and frequent in good deeds, as stated in His saying, exalted be He: "But whoever repents after his wrongdoing and reforms, indeed, Allah will turn to him in forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful," and "Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous deeds; for them Allah will change their evil deeds into good ones. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful."
