What is the difference in meaning between "al-muqsiṭīn" (المقسطين) and "al-qāsiṭīn" (القاسطين) in the two noble verses?

The difference between "al-muqsiṭūn" (the just ones) and "al-qāsiṭūn" (the unjust ones) is that "al-muqsiṭūn" comes from the verb "aqsaṭa," meaning to act justly, whereas "al-qāsiṭūn" comes from the verb "qasaṭa," meaning to act unjustly. From the latter is the Almighty's saying: ﴿وَأَمَّا الْقَاسِطُونَ فَكَانُوا لِجَهَنَّمَ حَطَبًا﴾ (And as for the unjust, they will be firewood for Hell), meaning those who are oppressive.
