Is it permissible for a woman to pray in a fitting room or a baby changing room that contains a toilet, or in public places such as parks and parking lots, and is a woman's prayer in front of men forbidden?

Praying in a restroom and a graveyard is prohibited due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The entire earth is a mosque, except for the graveyard and the restroom." A restroom is a place designated for answering the call of nature. Prayer is valid in a room that has a restroom at its end, provided there is a separator between them, because the prohibition of praying in a restroom is due to its usual impurity. Prayer is also valid in parks and parking lots, provided the place is clean. If the restroom is in the direction of the worshipper's Qibla (definition), prayer is valid and there is no harm in that; the prohibition is specific to praying inside the restroom itself. A woman must cover her face during prayer if she is in a place where men can see her.
