Does moving the tongue with two letters or intending to utter disbelief without actually pronouncing it, while experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder, necessitate the rulings of disbelief and what follows from them in marriage?

Allah has forgiven the Muslim's whispers (waswasah) and the movement of his tongue without uttering words, as well as any self-talk or intention of uttering disbelief that did not settle in the heart. This is what scholars have understood from the agreed-upon Hadith: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah what they whisper to themselves, as long as they do not act upon it or speak of it." Repelling and disliking these whispers is a sign of strong faith. To treat whispers, it is recommended to seek refuge in Allah, frequently engage in dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and recite the Quran, consistently perform congregational prayers, associate with righteous people, ignore the whispers and not dwell on them, regularly recite the morning and evening adhkar, reflect on Allah's creations, and consistently send blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
