Is he who curses Aisha to be considered a disbeliever, while he who fought her with the sword in the Battle of the Camel is not deemed a disbeliever?

The matter can be summarized as follows: slandering the Mother of Believers, Aisha, cursing her, and reviling her concerning that from which Allah has exonerated her, is kufr (disbelief) and apostasy, by consensus. As for her participation in the Battle of the Camel, it was a mistake on her part, but she was acting on an interpretation and intended reconciliation. She later regretted it and wept over her action, and she did not participate in the fighting, but rather came to stop it, yet the people of discord persisted in fighting. As for the fighting that took place between Ali and Mu'awiyah, it was a battle of discord, and the truth was with Ali, and both parties were Muslims.
