There is no objection to producing a play to teach children creed in a simplified manner that includes acting and drawing or embodying cartoon characters, provided that the content is free of prohibitions such as music, and that the religion and concepts presented are glorified, so that children's reverence for religion is not diminished. This is based on the permissibility of acting with controls, and on the hadith of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, regarding her playing with dolls in front of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, which was used as an evidence for the permissibility of making toy figures for girls to train them.
