Is ghusl obligatory merely upon seeing sexual or arousing clips, or is wudu sufficient? And what are the ways to get rid of lust and the desire to watch sexual content?

Looking at sexual scenes is forbidden, because Allah, the Almighty, says: "Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The gaze is a poisoned arrow from the arrows of Iblis."

There are several benefits to lowering one's gaze, among them: 1. Compliance with Allah's command. 2. It prevents the effect of the poisoned arrow from reaching the heart. 3. It bequeaths to the heart intimacy with Allah and devotion to Him. 4. It strengthens and gladdens the heart. 5. It imparts light to the heart. 6. It bequeaths true insight. 7. It bequeaths steadfastness, courage, and strength to the heart. 8. It blocks Satan's entry point to the heart. 9. It frees the heart for contemplation on its own interests. 10. It is set right by its rectification and corrupted by its corruption.

As for ghusl (definition) (ritual bath), it is only obligatory upon the emission of semen. If pre-seminal fluid (madhy) is discharged, then ablution (wudu) is obligatory. If nothing is discharged, then ablution is recommended.
