Is it necessary to perform ablution twice for discharge (madhy) if its emission recurs after the menstrual cycle has ended, or is a single intention sufficient, and can one pray with this ablution?

If there are multiple events that necessitate ablution (Wudu') or ritual bath (Ghusl), one Wudu' or Ghusl suffices for them. The minor impurity is subsumed within the major impurity. So, if pre-seminal fluid (madhy) is discharged, it is obligatory to purify the body and clothes from what it has touched. The minor impurity is removed by Ghusl, and a specific Wudu' is not required for this discharge, even if its emission recurs before performing Ghusl. This is coupled with the reminder of the necessity to guard one's gaze and lower it from what Allah has forbidden.
