Is it permissible for me to take retribution from the one who raped me when I was young, and how?

Sodomy is an act forbidden by Islamic law, and its perpetrator is accursed. If the perpetrator and the one upon whom it is perpetrated are not yet بالغين (of age/mature), then there is no sin upon them. However, your taking retribution against the one who did that to you is forbidden and is one of the gravest major sins. If someone commits sodomy with a person who then dies as a result, the perpetrator is not to be punished with a similar act.
