Is it permissible to make an advertisement for a women's salon on a paper that contains a supplication on its other side?

If the advertisement is placed in respectable places, it is permissible to write supplications (duas), remembrances (adhkar), and beneficial phrases on it, as this contributes to spreading the Islamic call (dawah) and culture. However, if it will be discarded in dirty places, then it is not permissible, as this entails a lack of reverence for Allah's sanctities and rituals.
