Is naming "Fariheen" permissible, or does Allah dislike this name?

Joy is a natural human emotion; it is neither blameworthy nor praiseworthy in itself, but rather according to what it relates to. Joy is permissible if it relates to a permissible worldly matter. Joy is praiseworthy if it relates to matters of religion, as in the Almighty's saying: (Say, "In the bounty of Allah and in His mercy - in that let them rejoice; it is better than what they accumulate") Yunus/58. It is blameworthy if it is accompanied by arrogance or heedlessness, as in the Almighty's saying about Qarun: (Do not rejoice. Indeed, Allah does not like the exultant) Al-Qasas/76. Blameworthy joy is that which leads to insolence and forgetting Allah's commands. Based on this, there is no شرعي (Sharia-based) impediment to being named "Farhan" or "Farheen".
