Is a person considered to have a perpetual ritual impurity if air frequently exits from their front and back passages, along with secretions (believed to be semen), and they find it difficult to purify themselves because of this, in addition to suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder?

One who is in a state of perpetual ritual impurity (da'im al-hadath) is someone whose ritual impurity continuously flows, making it impossible for them to perform prayer in a state of purity. Such an individual must perform ritual purification (tahara) when the time for prayer begins and then perform the prayer immediately. The emission of anything during the prayer will not harm them, as long as the discharge continues. It is permissible for such a person to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, and the Maghrib and Isha prayers. However, if it is possible for them to attain purity and perform the prayer, then combining prayers is not permissible for them. If their condition is due to waswas (obsessive whispering), then they should ignore it.
