Is the recitation of the Quran and supplications at Fajr only considered a bidعة (innovation) due to time constraints?

Devoting the two ends of the day and night to remembrance (dhikr) and recitation (Qira'ah) is permissible and encouraged, in accordance with Allah Almighty's saying: "And remember the name of your Lord morning and evening." (Quran 76:25). Similarly, hadiths have established the superiority of supplication (du'a) between the adhan and iqamah. Therefore, there is no harm in reciting the Quran and supplicating at dawn. It is also recommended to be diligent in observing the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar) reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
