What is the ruling on the saying: "The height of a palm tree and the mind of a goat"?

It is not permissible to use the phrase "bodies of mules and dreams of sparrows" to insult or backbite someone who does not deserve it according to Sharia. The proverb means that the greatness of the body does not compensate for the smallness of the soul and the weakness of the mind. It has turned into a denunciation of its subject, and this meaning is referred to in the Holy Quran concerning the hypocrites in the Almighty's saying: "And when you see them, their physiques please you; and if they speak, you listen to their words. They are as if they were propped-up timbers" (Al-Munafiqun: 4). It was mentioned that "sakhla" is the correct term, meaning a young lamb, and it is used to describe scoundrels among men.
