What is the ruling on writing topics that include amorous or emotional poetry in forums, and what is required to be done upon seeing them?

One should not be preoccupied with an abundance of permissible romantic poetry, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "That the inner part of a man be filled with pus that makes him vomit it is better than that it be filled with poetry." This is especially true if it lacks a sound purpose, as it wastes time or may lead to forbidden passionate love and infatuation. As for forbidden romantic poetry, it must be denounced and its dissemination prevented.
