Is it permissible to authorize Hajj campaigns to pay the cost of Hajj for students of knowledge to perform Hajj on our behalf?

Hajj al-Badal (proxy Hajj) has rules, conditions, and rulings, including:

1. Hajj al-Badal is not valid for the obligatory Hajj for someone who is physically able. Rather, it is for one who is ill with an incurable disease, or physically incapacitated, or deceased. 2. Hajj al-Badal is not for someone who is financially incapable, as Hajj is waived for the poor. 3. It is not permissible for someone who has not performed Hajj for himself to perform Hajj on behalf of another. 4. It is permissible for a woman to act as a proxy for a man, and a man for a woman, in Hajj. 5. It is not permissible to perform Hajj on behalf of two or more persons in a single Hajj. 6. The sole intention behind performing Hajj on behalf of another must not be to merely acquire money. 7. If a Muslim dies without having performed the obligatory Hajj, while meeting all its conditions, then Hajj must be performed on their behalf from their estate. 8. The reward for Hajj for both the proxy and the one on whose behalf Hajj is performed is left to Allah, while the reward for actions outside the rituals is for the proxy. 9. It is preferable for a child to perform Hajj on behalf of their parents, or for a relative to perform Hajj on behalf of their relative. 10. It is not required to know the name of the person on whose behalf Hajj is performed; the intention suffices. 11. The appointed proxy for Hajj may not appoint another person unless the original appointer agrees. 12. Scholars differed regarding the permissibility of proxy for voluntary Hajj, and the preponderant opinion is against it. 13. One should choose a proxy for Hajj from among people of religiousness, trustworthiness, and knowledge of the rituals.
