What is the Sharia ruling on the Salam loan available in Islamic banks, where the borrower buys sugar and sells it to another, then takes the price and repays it in installments, without seeing the sugar or the parties to the sale?

If by "peace" is meant organized surrender, then previous fatwas have been issued prohibiting it, while some permit it. This matter still requires further research and decisions from Islamic Fiqh Academies. It is preferable not to proceed with it until the ambiguity is removed.
